Trying to find a pair of GB motor spacers for a 3g storm series, part number 1100579.  Let me know if anyone has these or knows where I can find some. Thanks.

Hello,

I got my joystick wiring harness caught while I was in motion (fast, of course),  pulled it right out of the joystick housing including the strain relief. Anyone have a wiring diagram or a photo of the inside? It is a MKIV-RII joystick. Thanks in advance!

Greetings all,

I bought a used Pronto M51 and am charging the batteries.  How long should I expect it to take to charge batteries that were at least 75% discharged?  My SPJ+ joystick indicates the batteries are just shy of being 50% charged but it has not changed for 2-3 hours.

Also, when I unplug the charger and try to run the M51 it does nothing and the battery indicator on the joystick continues to "chase" from left to right.  The manual says this is because the joystick is still in inhibit or charge mode.  Can I somehow get it back to run mode so to speak?

I'm having a good time working on this thing but I would have a better time if if moved under its own power Cheesy.

Thanks for any help you can offer and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Your dealer probably already donates to them.

Regarding not working in wet, I would check all your connections and seal them with electrical tape.  Sometimes water can get in through a bad/loose connection.  Typically the TDX is a great reliable chair.

None of the problems I have had with the TDX-SR occurred with the TDX-SP.

I was experiencing constant Tilt and Recline problems due to faulty mercury tilt sensors/switches. I was getting stuck in positions that caused me grief or I could not travel up even slight grades. The switches are supposed to be a safety feature, but they were putting me in jeopardy instead.

There are two mercury tilt angle sensor switches mounted to the frame and connected to the TRAM (tilt, recline, actuator) module via 2-pin connectors. My fix: Remove the back cover to expose the wiring harnesses. Trace the two sensor cables to where they plug in to the TRAM module. Cut the two cables about 6” from the connector ends. Strip back the cable insulation to expose the two wires inside, a black one and a white one. Strip back the insulation on these two wires and twist them together (or crimp them, solder them, etc.). Test the chair to make sure it works OK. Then use electrical tape (or shrink tubing, etc.) to insulate the exposed wires. Repeat on the second sensor cable.

This fixed my chair and I no longer have problems with tilt and recline getting locked up.

If your PWC is still under warranty, my fix could invalid your warranty. Others may wish to have their PWC dealer replace or adjust the sensors.

you would have to repair to the new dongle each time you switch from one to the other......

I had a extra mouse emulator on my "extra parts pile" for years...... couldn't hardly give it away...... I just threw it away last month...... sorry

I just got a new laptop computer to go with my desktop computer and I was wondering if I should try to get another Invacare mouse emulator for my laptop.  That would make it so I wouldn't have to keep taking the mouse emulator dongle out of my desktop every time I want to use my laptop, I would have a dongle for each computer.
Would having 2 Invacare mouse emulators confuse the Mk6i electronics?  I hope it doesn't control both computers simultaneously.  I would assume the 2 dongles would have 2 distinct signals to prevent that problem.
I understand Invacare has stopped making their mouse emulator, but maybe there are spares out there.
